The majority of their reviews are 5-STAR, and I see why. They earn them. They deserve them.

THE SERVICE: They care! They strive to make everyone they meet feel welcomed (and that starts with Ms. Shanie and Ms. Shari). They provide exceptional personalized treatment and personalized customer service. We always feel as if we are their only patients because Dr. Mariam and her professional staff “WILL NOT” rush their services.

Then, Dr. Mariam and Yvonne are just FUN! Being around them feels like I’ve known them forever, and they make a dental visit feel like you’re hanging out with good friends.

So, overall, the interactions with all of their staff (Dr. Mariam, Shanie, Shari, and all) are professional, friendly, courteous, and fun.

THE ATMOSPHERE: They care! Their friendly, professional establishment is a “vibe.” It is very comforting. And, it is not just because of the cozy, newly remodeled, clean facility, but more so because of HOW they treat you!

QUALITY: They care! This establishment is AMAZING in terms of their high-quality professionalism, dental care, customer service, timeliness of care/service, and facility.

I love this office and Dr. Barikbin!! My wife works here part time and cleans my teeth!! Dr. Barikbin did my filling with no local anesthesia and I was in great comfort!! The staff is outstanding and very friendly! Definitely so glad to be here!

I'm very happy with Ortega Family Dental. When I walk in the door, I'm greeted by name. My teeth and I are treated well. When I see Heidi to have my teeth cleaned, I'm seeing a friend. A few months ago I needed a filling, which the dentist handled skillfully and quickly. The wonderful ladies at the front desk made sure I knew how much my insurance would cover and how much I would need to pay. I'm completely satisfied.
